Submit Trades

Open, average, partial/trim, or close trades on all markets.
How To Submit & Modify Trades For: - Stocks - Options - Crypto - Futures (soon) - Forex (soon) - Adding or changing TP/SL on open trades​

How To Submit Stock Trades

Opening

  1. 1.
    Open the New Trade interface from left navbar.
  2. 2.
    Choose Stocks under Market.
  3. 3.
    Select the direction of your trade, Long or Short.
  4. 4.
    Enter the stock ticker symbol. You will see it's logo appear and it's current price in the price field.
  5. 5.
    ​Put in your traded price, or use the provided real-time price.​
  6. 6.
    Select the Style of your trade; Daytrade, Swing, Scalp, or Long Term.
  7. 7.
    Hit Continue
Submit trades using the New Trade interface
Did you know? After continuing to the next step, the submitted price will be locked in. So even if the current market price exceeds the price tolerance threshold, you will still be able to complete the submission. Keep in mind there is a time expiration on this.
Second & Optional Final Step
  1. 1.
    ​Specify a Take Profit and/or Stop Loss.​
  2. 2.
    Add notes or upload media.
  3. 3.
    Add a risk factor flag; Earnings, YOLO/Lotto, or Risky.
  4. 4.
    Modify your Trade Sharing settings.
TP/SL, trade notes, risk flags, and Trade Sharing are all optional and this step can be skipped

Average, Partial/Trim, or Closing

Use
to instantly close a position at the current market price.
  1. 1.
    Click on a position's row to expand it.
  2. 2.
    Select Average, Partial, or Close from the dropdown menu under Status.
  3. 3.
    Input your price or use the provided real-time market price.
  4. 4.
    Optionally add notes or upload media.
  5. 5.
    Modify the Trade Share settings
  6. 6.
    Hit Submit

How to Submit Options Trades

Opening

  1. 1.
    Open the New Trade interface from left navbar.
  2. 2.
    Choose Options under Market
  3. 3.
    Select the direction of your trade, Long or Short.
  4. 4.
    Enter the stock ticker symbol. You will see it's logo appear and it's current price in the price field.
  5. 5.
    Put in your traded price, or use the provided real-time price.
  6. 6.
    Select the Style of your trade: Daytrade, Swing, Scalp, or Long Term.
  7. 7.
    Under State, specify Call or Put.
  8. 8.
    Start typing in the expiration date and select it from the list of dates.
  9. 9.
    Input the strike price.
  10. 10.
    Hit Continue

How to Submit Crypto Trades

Opening

  1. 1.
    Open the New Trade interface from left navbar.
  2. 2.
    Choose Crypto under Market
  3. 3.
    Select the direction of your trade, Long or Short.
  4. 4.
    Enter the crypto ticker symbol under Coin & it's trading pair under Pair. (I.e. BTC/USDT where BTC is the Coin and USDT is the Pair)
  5. 5.
    Start typing the exchange name and select it from list.
  6. 6.
    Put in your traded price, or use the provided real-time price.
  7. 7.
    Select the Style of your trade: Daytrade, Swing, Scalp, or Long Term.
  8. 8.
    Hit Continue
